Personify 21 (sub 21 min 5k runners)
I have been part of this group for 2 years and I wish I found it earlier. The community are so helpful and friendly. I then very quickly jumped on a training programme with Personify coach, Ben Short and have not looked back since. This has done massive things for my running and well-being. Just to show how much it makes a difference here are some times, 5k I was 20. 20 now I am running 5k in 16.27, 10k was 42.30 now running 35.59, HM was 1.33.16 now running targeting sub 75 mins. This group is the most positive group I have ever come across and I couldn't recommend it enough. Personify Social (Runners targeting sub 30 5k)
I can highly recommend Personify Fitness and more specifically Personify Social. Each week there are virtual training sessions, strength and conditioning hints and tips and an opportunity to have a small group run on a Sunday. The social group are highly engaged in a WhatsApp group which provides support and encouragement and makes me accountable for my goals.
